Interesting post with webcast on Jan 24th, linking technology to engagement. It is definitely less frustrating when you have the tools you need, making it easier to do work and more fun. Additionally, I am very inspired by connecting with others, diversity of ideas and learning new things. Technology has a way of really accelerating that process which has been great for me as I engage further into engagement!
